The Community Students Learning Centers (CSLC) is a non-profit organization that serves the Lexington, MS and surrounding cities in various ways. Not only is education a top priority in this organization, but fitness, housing advocacy, the arts, and being resourceful to the local communities are their focuses too. The CSLC lives up to the motto, vision and mission which is promoting community and educational change. The organization is ran by an African American family. This is important because majority of the businesses in this town and the local towns are owned by other races. This organization has been a true blessing to children, families, clients, businesses, schools, and much more. All of the staff shows great interest in their vocations and exemplifies great leadership traits and abilities that are fitting for the job, handling challenging situations and dealign with the public.Their goal at CSLC is to give back to be good and give back to the community like the community once did for them.
