PhD course

This a PhD course that requires some extensive research on the matter I am presenting. In addition, critical thinking is necessary in order to piece all of the facts together. The direction of this paper should go against the privatization since it is making a Labor force out of poor African American males.ALSO, 1980s War on Drugs during the Reagan administration are the pillars from which the private corporations were able to institute policies and acts that increased the imprisonment of African Americans as well as other people of color. The terms Social Darwinism, the Poor Laws, the Black Codes, the Vagrancy Laws and Kenyanism will be detrimental to the formation of this paper, which must be mentioned. I will provide some articles to help the process.The connections must be made or else my paper won’t help my future dissertation.
