Hi, below are the requirement for the assignment. My part is “understanding of company overall”. There are two writing parts of the assignment. I need two papers total. First one around 500 words, second one between 1,000-1,500 words

First, “Each team will submit a comprehensive summary of their team presentation, highlighting the most important elements of the team presentation. The final summary should be not less than 1,800 words and not more than 2,250 words, exclusive of references, citations and quotes.” My part need about 500 words.

Second, Individual paper for student portion for the team assignment. “This paper, of not less than 1,000 words and not more than 1,500 words should be a researched based paper, written in the third person, of the salient elements of the student’s individual portion of the team assignment. This should include at least 5 peer-reviewed references and no less than 10 references overall. The word count will not include references, citations, quotes and title page and table of contents word counts. A plagiarism check will be used for papers.”

Below are the requirements for the whole project.

The final presentation will consist of team members each providing an aspect of the final team presentation. The final team presentation will consist of a PPT presentation of not less than 20 PPT slides, exclusive of references, table of contents and title page and not more than 30 slides. Each team member will be timed for his or her aspect of the team presentation and the team will be held to strict time limits. A grading rubric will be provided for the team presentation (below)

The final assignment will focus on a presentation and corresponding research paper on a specific company or organization (above). The team will explore the organization, the situation it has/is facing and what the implications will be for organizational members, its stakeholders and behavioral influences and results.

The research presentation and paper will be focused on understanding the company/organization, becoming familiar with their strategic imperatives, the review and analysis of current issues they face and how they could influence and impact organizational behavior. An in-depth analysis of the organization’s stakeholders is a requirement (internal stakeholder groups and their segmentation will be required along with external stakeholders) the research should take into consideration the ways in which external stakeholders could influence organizational behavior (such as customers, investor, communities, etc.) It will include a thorough stakeholder analysis, situational analysis, strategic imperatives, and implications for organizational behavioral and strategies to address potential behavioral implications for the organization. Students could consider the use of scenario planning as a tool to surface those implications for example and the likelihood of those scenario consequences.

The final assignment will be thorough and research based and will demonstrate understanding of key concepts covered in the class and course reading. Half of the teams will present in the 13th class and the other half of the teams will present in the 14th class. Each team member will present for the same amount of time and will be timed. Each team will have 20 minutes to present Class members will also provide feedback to fellow classmates through a written feedback form. Presentations should be clear, concise, complete and well conceived. The grading rubric will be as follows:

Thoroughness of the assignment and addressing salient elements of the assignment 15%

Understanding of company overall15%

Understanding of the current situation (s) the company is facing15%

Analysis and understanding of situation (s) the company is facing and importantly the resulting behavioral implications on organizational members 25%

Recommendations of how best to address potential/actual organizational behavior and the rationale for those recommendations 30%
