what s mean an effective instruction draft

I would like you to produce an instruction draft on my recipe.

I did the step by step on my instruction draft recipe, which are :

Peel those 8 green bananas, cut each of them in 2 or 3 pieces, and rinse them.
Wash the beef meat and cut in medium size
Chop onion, spring basilic, celery, leek, tomato, and put ½ chop onion in the blender, add chop spring basilic, celery, leek, tomato, garlic peeled, white pepper, njansang, rondelle powder, curry powder add ½ cup of water, and blend until it become a paste.
Place a medium pot on the stove, pour vegetal oil, put the rest of chopping onion, meat ,mixt, and let it cook for 10 min.
After I cook for 10 min, I pour the rest of ingredients such as banana, the paste coming from the blender, add 3 cups of water, add 3 cubes of seasoning Knorr, adjust with the salt, add whole hop pepper and let it cook for 30 min.
Them, Check the seasoning to see if it can be adjusted and serve it.
